Renters Guide
This page will guide you on setting permissions for your home lot. You'll learn how to control who can access your space and what they can do while they’re there. By adjusting these settings, you can create a safe and enjoyable environment for both you and your guests. Let's get started on making your home lot secure!
First you need to click on your viewer at the top under Hidden Sands Resort to bring 'ABOUT LAND' up. You will see the pop up. Under the GENERAL tab you can change your home name and description of your place.
Go to the OPTIONS tab where you can change If everyone can fly at your place, Build at your place or run scripts or object entry. REMOVE THE GROUP CHECKMARKS. This is your place now so groups are not needed.

You can also set safe no damage at your place or get hurt if someone hits you lol. checkmark show place if you want to advertise your place or make it whatever you want for moderation...Its your place now :).

You can also set no pushing so people cant bump into you, and now the BIG ONE!... Avatars on other parcels can see you if you checkmark this, and you can see others, and they can see you. So if you don't mind people seeing you be sure to checkmark this box under No Pushing. If you don't want outsiders seeing you in your home uncheck it under No Pushing.

You can set a landing point. When you send a Landmark at your place for friends. And even change the photo to what you like that represents your home.
On this Tab you can select your music by putting in any URL from shoutcast or any radio station you like. Or put out your own shoutcast board. You can also make it so others can hear it or not. Its all up to you!
THIS IS THE BIG ONE!

In this tab, the first thing you do is ADD at the bottom, your avatar name and/or anyone you want to be able to share your space or home with you. If you just add yourself, you and you only will be able to enter your home. If you want guests to enter then you must add them as well. Once that is done, uncheck 'Allow group Hidden Sands Resort' so no other people in that group can walk into your home.

OR you can just select Anyone can visit at the top and anyone in the world can come see you.
